Mr Fox says

Meticulously (SR:155, 5/4) is the standout on ability, sitting 18 points clear of the next-rated runner Turbo Charger (SR:137) and 22 points above Astralite (SR:133). The SR of 155 is comfortably in the competitive handicap-mark range and exceptional for a Class 3 novice field of exclusively two-year-olds. Critically, the market has shortened 22% since opening — strong money arriving on a horse already favourite signals genuine confidence from connections and informed punters. Trainer Ed Walker (16%, 1560 runners) is a solid handler and jockey George Downing retains the ride, suggesting no concerns about the 23-day turnaround. The sole prior run (4th) in same-class company leaves upside, and at 5/4 the SR edge plus market steam makes this a clear call. Each-way alternative: Gold Army. Main danger: Gold Army — Gold Army (SR:88, 9/4) is the only other horse with market support — shortened 7% — and posted a 3-2 form line at the same class, but its SR of 88 is 67 points below Meticulously, suggesting the market price reflects its consistency rather than any realistic threat to the top-rated runner on ability grounds.
